The coordinator school Richard-Grundschule will lead the project management team to ensure the effective implementation of the activities in accordance with the planned timing, planned objectives and the achieved results and the constant communication and cooperation between the partners in during the project.
The Tasks are equally distributed among the partner schools according to their special strengths and equipment as each of them will participate in the decision-making process and will be active in evaluation and dissemination processes of the project.

All partners will evaluate the project results pedagogically and methodologically at their schools and will integrate good practices at partner schools’ activities.


All partners will actively join the preparation of surveys and questionnaires for assessment and evaluation of the project objectives.

They all will apply a questionnaire, surveys to participating students to measure their development on diversity, digital, linguistic and social development, awareness about EU values, opportunities, different cultures and countries before and after mobility.


All schools will support the coordinator for final report and Erasmus project results.

All schools will be responsible for selection of participants and cultural, logistic, topic related preparations.

Istituto Comprensivo:

Preparation, implementation and evaluation of “Empowering Inclusion: A Journey Towards Understanding Disabilities” subtopic exchange.
Leading project social media accounts.
Leading drama activities.


Marijampole Ryto:

Preparation, implementation and evaluation of “Breaking Barriers: A Journey Towards Gender Equality” subtopic exchange.
Leading dance activities.
Leading eTwinning project


Koç Ortaokulu:

Will be responsible for preparation, implementation and evaluation of “Cultural Harmony: A Journey of Exploring Religions and Traditions Across Borders” subtopic exchange..
Leading music activities.
Leading logo competition.
