Cooperation Arrangements
Cooperation Arrangements
A Project
Management Team comprising coordinators from each school will oversee the
implementation, monitoring, and evaluation of all project activities, as well
as handle conflict resolution and problem-solving. Richard-Grundschule will
lead this coordination effort.
Richard-Grundschule, as the coordinating school, will establish bilateral
agreements with partners delineating tasks, responsibilities, deadlines, budget
allocations, management protocols, European funding regulations, and general
problem- solving strategies.
Should delays
arise due to internal factors from any partner, the project's Gantt chart
structure allows for flexible deadline adjustments without compromising efficacy,
ensuring smooth progress.
For communication and collaboration, we will utilize Zoom, Google Meet,
WhatsApp groups for prompt messaging, and email alongside Google Drive for
storing project materials and information.
Upon project approval, a virtual kick-off meeting will convene to discuss detailed activity plans, responsibilities, financial protocols, communication strategies, cooperation mechanisms, dissemination plans, expected impacts, evaluation methods, tools, target groups, and the project logo.
In addition to physical meetings, monthly online gatherings will facilitate
discussions on management issues, activity progress, budget concerns, project
development, dissemination strategies, and preparations for upcoming tasks and
mobilities.
